Our parent company, MagicKitchen.com was started in 2005 and has grown like a magic bean plant. A lot of that growth has to do with the customer service we're well-known for. Here are a couple of stories to illustrate that point.

Greg, our founder, says, "A lady called and said that she knew the order had been delivered to her farmhouse as the box was on the step but there was nothing inside. After some invetigation, it turns out that an elk had come to the doorstep and opened the box, taken the cooler and eaten the food in the trees near the house. She knew because of the elk droppings. We shipped the customer the order again no charge due to the extraordinary situation."

A customer wrote in, "I wanted to thank you for the excellent service. It was my first time ordering such a "service" and although I am not able to enjoy the food (it's in California and I'm in Canada), I hear that it is very tasty - and MOST convenient. The gentleman that I dealt on the phone with was very helpful and personable and although there was a bit of difficulty with the billing because I am from Canada, he worked it all out for me !
